About Me

Hi I’m Trevor Reeves- this is a bio.

Early Days

I was born just after the second world war so I am part of that generation that struggled into the light after the darkness that descended on us from 1939 to 1945. My parents were hard working honest working class people. The U.K. at the time was bankrupted fighting off the Nazi menace. There was an atmosphere of optimism yet an underlying fear pervaded those early years.Post War Ruins

First Jobs

As I grew up, and when I left school with 7 basic Technical School General Certificates of Education I began work in offices in the West End of London quite close to St James’ Palace and the Ritz Hotel in Piccadilly. It was the time Smog sometimes blocked out our vision almost completely adding to the general greynessFoggy London.I started to realize that I wasn’t cut out to be an insurance clerk and I sensed that my destiny lay some place else.

On The Road

To cut a long story short along with a good friend we travelled around Europe and North Africa on a little less than a shoe string, making a little money playing the guitar and street painting. It was in Marrakech that we met a fellow traveller, an American who talked about Eastern Philosophy and the importance of nutrients in our diet. This was an epiphany! At this moment I became alive. Before this everything was a bit grey, certainly England was, but here in Morrocco with the pink Buildings and the sun shining through blue stained glass windows I was reborn. Before this time I knew what I didn’t want to do but wasn’t sure what I wanted to do. Now I knew that it was to do with realization, diet and health.

On Another Road

As soon as I got back to England I embarked on what has become my life’s path.

Again to cut a long story short I up-graded my school certificates and studied Naturopathy and Osteopathy at the British College of Naturopathy and Osteopathy now called the British College of Osteopathic Medicine. I did a post grad course in Acupuncture and have been in practice ever since. I also worked with Richard Mowbray and Juliana Brown at the Open Centre at one time facilitating on their Primal Integration workshops. On route I encountered Guru Maharaji (Prem Rawat as he now likes to be Addressed) I am forever grateful to the meditation knowledge he imparted and my stay in one of his ashrams was a another major milestone on my path.

I cannot say that my path has been straightforward I have been down a few blind alleys, dead ends and some blissfully enchanting diversions. However as is usual in my life things seem to come together at just the right time. It was last year when I realized that I had lost my way, with help from my wife and by asking for guidance from my superconscious, I had one of my realisations and now many things have fallen into place. I am looking forward to this next stage of my life and I must say that I have rarely felt better and I am happy to continue my practice on a whole other level.

I am happy to share my knowledge and experience via this site. There will be a news letter and I will be offering information on things that I have come across that I believe will be useful to you. Certain products that I recommend would give me a small commission, but rest assured I only recommend things that I have used and trust, I value my reputation so am against scams and such other wastes of time.

My motto is Health, Wealth and Environmental Sustainability.
